This scholarship is open to incoming freshman in the College of Engineering at Lamar University. Noah's father, a 1991 graduate in Civil Engineering, established the endowment at his alma mater in 2017 to commemorate Noah's dream of becoming an engineer by supporting others in their educational pursuit. The recipient must be a graduate of the Beaumont Independent School District. Additional information and requirements can be obtained via Lamar University.
