In 2014, we awarded our first two scholarships in memory of Noah to Pflugerville ISD graduates. After 10 years and 53 scholarships, we will close out our Pflugerville ISD program with the Class of 2024.
Thank you Bulldog students, staff, family, and friends for helping us raise money one last time for the Highland Park Elementary - Noah Rodriguez Memorial Scholarship.
